Nicholas is a Licensed Broker in both New York and Florida and holds memberships with the Hudson Gateway Association in New York and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Nicholas was born and raised in New York and relocated to Sarasota, FL in 2014. After quickly setting up his goals in Florida, he returned home to New York. “He wanted the best of both worlds.”
