My sales background spans approximately 35 years and includes management and marketing. The past 27 years of my career, have been spent as a highly productive Realtor, in the Orange County area of New York.

I have earned several professional real estate designations, which include: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified New Home Sales and Marketing Specialists, Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) and Certified Residential Relocation Specialists (CRRS). I also have hundreds of real estate course credits that have been earned from appraisal to investments. I am a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have also repeatedly qualified for the Multi-Million Dollar Club. I received my B.A. in fine arts and interior design from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York. in addition, I studied at the University of Miami, the Art Student League, and C.W. Post/LlU Graduate School.

My interior design skills and creativity are extremely beneficial to my real estate clientele when I stage their houses prior to listing them for sale. They help the home appeal to a wider range of buyers, by portraying it in the best possible light. This is vital in helping the house to stand out from others on the market. My goal is to sell your home at the best possible price and in the shortest time frame. I strongly feel that in order to accomplish this, you need an “edge” that makes your home stand apart, and compel the buyer to make an offer now, for fear that this “special” home will be gone if you delay. As a result my listings rarely stay on the market long.

As a resident of Orange County, New York for the past 33 years, I have lived for many years in the Towns of Woodbury, and the Town of Cornwall with my two sons, who have been active in local sports throughout their school years. They have gone on to earn college degrees and have become outstanding adults. I have also been active in my communities. I was the past vice-president of the Central Valley PTA and sat on the Continuing Education Committee of the Monroe Temple Beth-El. As an accomplished painter, I am actively involved in the arts.

I take extra pride in the many clients who have sought me out several times over the years, to relist their homes, find homes for their now grown children, or because they have friends or members of their families, who are hoping to relocate to this area. It is my pleasure, to be able to refer my clients to exceptional realtors in other states when the time comes for them to relocate. These lasting relationships are the result of my commitment to providing excellent service to all of my clients.
