Nicholas is the principal broker in New York as well as in the state of Florida and holds memberships with the Hudson Gateway Association in New York and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee in Florida. Nicholas was born and raised in New York and relocated to Sarasota, FL in 2014. After quickly setting up his goals in Florida, he returned home to New York. “He wanted the best of both worlds.”

I am originally from Bergen County, NJ. I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 17 years where l was originally licensed in 1994. then received my Broker’s license in 2006 and was an owner/broker for 4 years. In 2008 I moved to Northern Virginia/DC and in December 2011 I became the Managing Broker for Keller Williams Capital Properties in Fairfax. I then moved to Keller Williams Metro Center in Tyson’s Corner (Vienna) VA where I was the Managing Broker from March 2013 to June 2014. I returned to the RE/MAX as Associate Broker then recently as Managing Broker. I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Upon getting married and relocating to Orange County, Adam and his wife have resided in the Monroe area for the last 25 years. Their three children have all gone through the Monroe-Woodbury Central School District.
When Adam’s not working (which is rare), he enjoys both fresh water and salt water fishing or just hanging out on any beach with his family.

Nancy brings an extensive background in new construction and property preservation. She has worked on everything from resort hotels and townhouses to custom single-family homes throughout Orange County. Her focus has always been outstanding customer service and the importance of integrity and communication. She will be right there with you from beginning to end to make sure you have the best experience possible. Nancy proudly comes from a military and law enforcement family and strives to give back to the military and first responders.
